“Sucking at something is the first step to becoming sorta good at something.” - Jake the Dog, Adventure Time
Hey, I’m Shariq Ali, a software engineer with a passion for biology, engineering and everything in between. I’m the Co-Founder & CTO of The Medici Project. Before that, I was the lead developer at Blockchain Center NYC and a software engineer at Loop Media & Family Promise of Spokane. I’m originally from Guyana, eventually moving and settling in New York at a young age.
I love simulations, open source, and side projects. When I’m not working, I like biking, reading, and eating tacos.
This site is actively being worked on, some notes will be unavailable.
